Anti-explosion and non-return valves (or dampers) are Atex safety devices used in industrial suction systems; they are one of our strengths. The anti-explosion panels and non-return valves are certified according to the EN standards in force and protect people and suction systems against explosions that occur in storage tanks or similar.

Anti-explosion panels counteract the increase in pressure within material storage systems (for example silos), also limiting the propagation of flammable materials following an explosion within the same storage. The anti-explosion panels are made of AISI 316 stainless steel; their total installed area must be sized according to the needs and conditions of use in the company's processing system.

We produce different models of anti-explosion panels, all certified according to the EN 14797 standard, which can be used in pressure environments but also under vacuum, thanks to an internal steel support grid. The group of Anti-explosion Panels also includes a reclosable and reusable Panel model; this panel can be installed in pressurized containers and, following its opening due to overpressure, can be easily reclosed, with a special gasket ensuring airtightness in normal operation.

The Atex non-return valves are certified according to the EN standards in force for the passage of both metallic and non-metallic materials. Atex non-return valves block the return of materials, sparks and flames in the suction line; this flow is generated following a deflagration inside silos, thereby preventing the damage of machinery and materials inside the plant.

The valves are built with materials that are resistant to the high pressures created following an explosion and must be installed near the storage system outside the building.
